Chatting with Carae
Carae works like any other chat: you write, it answers. But your Telegram AI assistant understands more than text, and a few commands give you shortcuts worth knowing. On WhatsApp the same assistant is there too, minus the command menu.
What you can send
- Text: every plan, every channel. Just talk normally.
- Photos: every plan. Send a menu, a form, a whiteboard, and ask about it.
- Voice notes: Companion and Pro. Talk instead of typing, up to 2 voice notes a minute and 60 minutes a day.
- Documents: Companion and Pro. PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD and CSV, one document every 10 seconds.
The voice move
Here is the one that feels like the future. You are walking to the car and remember John is waiting on an answer. You hold the mic button and say:
"Reply to John's email and tell him the deal is on."
Carae drafts the reply, shows you the exact text, and sends only after you say yes. Nothing ever goes out without your explicit approval. One voice note, one confirmed reply, and you never opened your inbox.
Telegram commands
You never need commands, but they are fast:

On WhatsApp, your WhatsApp AI assistant is mostly pure conversation: just chat. A few commands work there too:

You don't need the exact command for account deletion — asking in your own words ("please delete my account") works too, by text, voice note or photo caption.
Your data export is always sent to the email address on your account rather than into the chat, so it only ever lands in your own inbox. Plan changes and the deletion itself live in your web dashboard, which works the same for every channel.
Fresh threads and fair use
- /reset clears the current conversation thread. Your memories, integrations and plan are untouched; Carae just stops carrying the previous topic forward.
- Hourly message allowance: 60 on Trial and Lite, 100 on Companion, 200 on Pro. Generous enough that you will rarely notice it.
