If you don't cancel before day 15, your card is charged for the first month. You can cancel any time from your account settings.
Yes, any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Yes. Carae is EU-hosted (Hetzner Frankfurt), GDPR-compliant, and stores nothing with third-party trackers or analytics. Your message and memory content are encrypted at rest with per-user keys (AES-256-GCM), so our staff and database or backup operators cannot read your stored messages or memories, and your calendar and email tokens are encrypted the same way. To reply, Carae decrypts your messages in memory and sends them to our AI providers, so this is not end-to-end encryption. You own your data: export or delete it any time.
Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy in your dashboard and choose Delete account. You type DELETE to confirm, and your messages, memory and connected accounts are removed immediately — it cannot be undone. Sending /forgetme to Carae will point you to the same page.
